Bonjour!

I’m Anne-Marie, a French-Australian nutrition coach with a Diploma of Nutrition from Torrens University Australia.

Born and raised in southern France, I’ve lived in Italy, the UK, and now Sydney, Australia. My love for food has been with me for as long as I can remember.

As a child, I would watch my mum transform simple ingredients into delicious meals from scratch, tag along with my dad to both the supermarket and the farmers' market, and savour local delicacies during family holidays across France. Later, as I began traveling the world, exploring local cuisines became the highlight of every trip.

As I moved to London and then Sydney, I embraced home cooking more seriously while managing a busy 15-year career in marketing.

Over time, I realised the profound impact food has on our health and well-being. This revelation led me to pursue a career in nutrition—a decision inspired by my belief that food truly is medicine.

Yet, I also recognise the inequalities that shape our ability to eat well. From differences in eating cultures and access to nutrition education, to cooking skills and genetics, not everyone starts on the same footing.

That’s why I’m on a mission to help create more equity through nutrition, empowering people to find joy and health in food, no matter their background.

My commitments to you

  1. I’ll meet you where you are. We are what we eat, and we are all unique.

  2. No food will be banned. Everything is okay in moderation.

  3. There will be no talks about flash diets. We’ll work hand in hand to foster progressive, lifelong change.

  4. Real food comes first. I won’t recommend you buy tons of expensive supplements.

  5. I will be 100% honest with you – but this also means I won’t sugarcoat the truth.
